As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • All submissions must meet the following requirements.



    • The manuscript falls under the Journal's Editorial Scope and the author has specified the relevant thematic area of the submission

    • Main text has the following headings; Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements and References

    • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

    • The text has line numbering from beginning to end.

    • Has an abstract of between 250-300 words, with 5 to 7 keywords

    • The results and discussion have been separated into two sections

    • The initial submission (manuscript) excluding authors and their affiliations.

    • The authors and their affiliations entered under meta data section ( Add Contributor) in the system.

    • The submission file is in Microsoft Word

    • The text is double-spaced, in Times New Roman Font 12. It should be between 4,000-8,000 words in length (excluding notes, figures, tables and references). Tables and Figures should also go at the end of the text.

    • The references, tables and figures in the manuscript must  adhere to the latest APA writing style and format
