Nutrition - all aspects of nutrition in humans and other animal species; ranging from deep, mechanistic studies at molecular/biochemical and cellular levels to whole-body metabolism, clinical health, fitness, and population health. Emerging research areas including food and nutrition policy, agricultural and food systems, nutrition education, dietary assessment, and animal nutrition among others.

Preventive medicine and Public health - original clinical research of interest to physicians in internal medicine, in both academia and community-based practice. Topics will include; health policies, medicine and society, medical data sharing, pain management, clinical trial issues, epidemics and endemics among others.

Medicine - mechanisms of disease, diagnosis and management, including dental, neural and optical medicine, orthopedics, gynecology, surgery among others.

Biomedical science - molecular aspects of basic medical sciences, with an emphasis on the molecular studies of biomedical problems and molecular mechanisms including anatomic pathology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, microbiology and virology; molecular, cellular and cancer biology and neurosciences

Pharmacy - drugs and novel therapeutic approaches, pharmacotherapy reviews and controversies, pharmacokinetics, drug interactions, drug administration, adverse drug events, medication safety, pharmacy education, and other pharmacy practice topics.
